There are great shopping spots Downtown San Luis Obispo and so many areas to enjoy the beauty of nature like sites at Montaña de Oro, hiking at Bishops Peak, or chilling at Avila Beach. There are other entertainment opportunities like our weekly farmers’ market each Thursday or late-night study spots like SLO DO Co. and Front Porch on Cal Poly’s campus.

Our walking path to Cal Poly’s campus allows students to get to classes quickly by walking or bike riding. We also have a shuttle bus stop at the edge of our property that takes students to Cuesta College, downtown, and many other stops!

I relocated to the area from another state, and Mustang Village made my transition effortless! Everything was online, and I even received a virtual tour. I am looking forward to meeting new people in my age group and trying all of the coffee shops within walking distance of my new home.
